Thomas S. Garrison, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Thomas S. Garrison was born in Dayton, Ohio, and moved to the Clear Lake area at the age of nine. He attended Clear Creek High School and subsequently graduated from the University of Houston. He received his Podiatric Medical Degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. He completed his residency in podiatric surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where he currently maintains a teaching appointment in the department of orthopedics.

Kirk A. Koepsel, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Koepsel joined Bay Area Podiatry in 1985, after completing his Doctor of Podiatric Medical Degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine, and completing a two year residency program at Hayward Vesper Hospital in Hayward, California and surgical training at Kaiser Permenente Hospital in Sacramento. Dr. Koepsel is active in numerous podiatric associations, and prides himself in learning the newest procedures for optimal patient care.

Matthew S. Rockett, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Matthew S. Rockett was born and raised in the central Pennsylvania town of Lebanon. He attended Lebanon Senior High school and graduated from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, PA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He then graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine with honors and went on to the complete a 3-year Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgical residency at the University of Chicago Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Rockett is married and lives in Houston with his wife, Dr. Andrea Rockett and their two sons.

Andrea K. Rockett, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Andrea K. Rockett was born and raised in the suburban town of Brookfield, IL just outside of Chicago. She attended Lyons Township Senior High school and graduated from University of Illinois in Champaign, IL with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After graduating with honors from the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL she went on to complete a 2 year Podiatric Surgical residency and 1 year fellowship in Reconstructive Ankle and Foot Surgery at the Harris County Podiatric Surgical Residency and Foot and Ankle Fellowship Programs in Houston, TX. Dr. Rockett is married and lives in League City, Texas with her husband, Dr. Matthew Rockett and son's, George and Evan.

Brent Stephen Banks, DPM
Dr. Brent Stephen Banks will be joining Bay Area Podiatry Associates beginning Tuesday, July 6th. Dr. Banks is a graduate of the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, and will have completed his residency program at the Mt Sinai Medical Center also in Chicago.
He was born in Webster, and he and his wife, Tracy, are excited to have the opportunity to return to the area. Please join us in welcoming him to the practice.
